The Town of Innisfil's Mobile Seniors Active Living Centre (M-SALC) is here to bring fun, socially connecting activities to Innisfil seniors! Join us at the Morgan Russell Memorial Arena & Community Centre on April 10 for an M-SALC program that will include:
- 9:30 a.m. - Social Time, Crafts and Games
- 10:00 a.m. - Chair Yoga and Meditation with Tiffany
- 11:00 a.m. - Mindful Adult Colouring
