Event Details:

As part of our Winter Weekends, a Health and Wellness Fair is happening at the Rizzardo Health & Wellness Centre (RHWC) from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Visit more than 15 vendors, including healthcare providers, community, and social service organizations. This includes some of our RHWC partners and the Innisfil ideaLAB & Library. The Town's Health & Wellness team will be leading cooking programs in the Horodynsky Community Kitchen to prepare meals for the Troy Scott Community Fridges.

Five organizations will be hosting a brief presentation in the common area of the main floor between 11 a.m. and noon:

• MyoDynamic Health: Orthotics demonstration at 11 a.m. 
• Innisfil Food Bank: Community need and donation recommendations at 11:15 a.m.
• Town of Innisfil’s Sport and Recreation Department: Mobile Seniors Active Living Centre at 11:30 a.m.
• RVH – Simcoe Muskoka Regional Cancer Program: cancer screening at 11:45 a.m.
• Simcoe Addiction and Mental Health: Addiction and mental health at 12 p.m.
